At subbu.aipdmab6.in, we aim to provide high-quality men’s & women’s fashion products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a limited-time Refund & Exchange policy under the conditions below.
2. Return & Exchange Window
- Customers can request a return or exchange within 10 days of product delivery.
- After 10 days, no returns or exchanges will be accepted under any circumstances.
3. Eligibility for Return / Exchange
To be eligible, the product must:
- Be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have original tags and packaging intact
- Not be damaged, altered, or worn
- Be supported with proof of purchase (Order ID / Invoice)
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Used or worn clothing
- Washed or altered products
- Innerwear / personal wear items (if applicable)
- Clearance / sale items (if marked non-returnable)
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
5. Valid Reasons for Return / Exchange
We accept returns/exchanges only for genuine cases such as:
- Wrong product delivered
- Size mismatch (exchange only, subject to availability)
- Manufacturing defect
- Damaged product received (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
6. Mandatory Proof for Claims
To protect both customer and business:
- Customers must provide unboxing video proof for damaged/wrong product claims
- Without video proof, claims may be rejected
- Images/videos must be clear and unedited
7. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after product inspection and approval
- Approved refunds will be credited within 5–10 business days
- Refund will be issued to:
- Original payment method OR
- Store credit (in some cases)
Deductions Applicable
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Reverse pickup charges may be deducted
- COD handling charges (if any) are non-refundable
8. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested size/product is unavailable:
- Store credit OR alternative product will be offered
- Only one-time exchange is allowed per order
9. Pickup & Return Process
- Our team will arrange reverse pickup where available
- If pickup is not available, customer must self-ship the product
- Customer is responsible for safe packaging during return
10. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
11. Real-Time Business Protection Clauses
To ensure fair use and prevent misuse:
- We reserve the right to reject returns if:
- Product shows signs of use
- Tags are removed
- Return request is suspicious or abusive
- Multiple return requests from the same user may lead to account restriction
- Fraudulent claims will lead to permanent account blocking
12. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure
- If customer provides incorrect address or fails to accept delivery:
- Re-shipping charges will apply
- No refund for failed delivery cases
13. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by:
- Natural disasters
- Logistics disruptions
- Government restrictions
14. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Hyderabad, Telangana courts.
